Updating user roles in metastorm and tracker.

Go to admin forms in To-Do and Watch List:

Find the forms in question (in the case of this ticket it is the tax workflow forms:

Click on the form you need

Select a role (eFile Administrators) – The User (Elizabeth Beggerly) – And the Practice group you need to add them for. Each person will need to be added to every practice group.  The resolution for this ticket was Elizabeth did not have the FRA practice group added which disallowed her to see the requested buttons.
