User is receiving the terminal server licenses servers error when trying to open Citrix application
User receives the following message when trying to open a Citrix application: "The remote session was disconnected b/c there are no Terminal Server License Servers available to provide a license. Please contact the server admin."
- On the person’s machine, open up the Registry by clicking on the Start button and searching for regedit.
- Once the Registry is open, drill down to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft and locate the MSLicensing folder.
- Delete entire folder.
- Try accessing the Citrix application again.
