User is receiving the terminal server licenses servers error when trying to open Citrix application

Problem User receives the following message when trying to open a Citrix application: "The remote session was disconnected b/c there are no Terminal Server License Servers available to provide a license. Please contact the server admin." Resolution  
  1. On the person’s machine, open up the Registry by clicking on the Start button and searching for regedit.
  2. Once the Registry is open, drill down to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft and locate the MSLicensing folder.
  3. Delete entire folder.
  4. Try accessing the Citrix application again.
